 Tour de Cure New Orleans for American Diabetes Association 


Diabetes is an epidemic in our community.  Where 1 in 11 Americans is living with diabetes, 1 in 7 in New Orleans has the disease.  Diabetes is the leading cause of heart attacks and kills more people than breast cancer and AIDS each year combined.  This event’s goal is to raise $250,000 toward our mission to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. 

Audubon Park, New Orleans

Saturday, November 3rd  Call time 6:45   Bikes Race starts at 7:00, Runners/Walkers 8:30

Who: All Performers and Support

Performance Uniforms:

Guys: red button up shirt, black vest, black disco pants and accoutrements (sash, headwear, etc.)

Gals: silver disco dress or pants and accoutrements

Support: Disco Amigos Red Shirt and Black Shorts/Pants/Skirt

Performance: We will perform Blame It On the Boogie and Fireball to kick off the Cyclists and the Runner/Walkers.  We will then cheer them across the line and also have fun at the photo booth.
